Ykids 10 Year Anniversary Cake!

 

 

 

 

 

This is the BIGGEST cake I ever made!

It was for a children’s charity called Ykids, I have volunteered for since I was 10! They have helped me explore and extend my skills as a baker and in leadership, as well as helping boost my confidence. This charity helps so many others too and provides brilliant opportunities for young people and children!!!

FYI the top layer is iced with marshmallow fluff icing, the drizzle layer is lemon flavour, and the starry layer is chocolate Oreo brownie with chocolate fudge buttercream!!!
