Last Friday on a shopping trip my Mum and I popped into Marks and Spencer’s for a gander and some tea. On the way into the cafe we spotted the M&S Adventures in Food paper, I really liked the layout of the book ❤ , anyway, we came across a recipe for courgette and lime cake. YUM.
We decided to make it. My Aunt helped, it was delicious!
Yes, that is cream cheese frosting!
Yes, I was too impatient to let the cake cool completely before I iced it, so it drizzled down to more of a cream-cheese glaze…
It was very sunny in the garden. Just Saying
Well worth grating the courgettes and shelling like 200 pistachios (my nails broke 😦 ) Super scrummy!!!
I realize this is my third cake in a row but I am working on some illustrations of my day out in Chester for you all to see soon 🙂
