Repeat Print Design and Artworking for Material Printers 

Alongside the designer, I worked to manifest their vision for a material print to resemble the light spots created by a shadow captured on a dress from a previous photo shoot. Together we created two versions of this ‘light spot’ pattern. It was a back and forth process of initial sketches, tests, feedback, and then iterating again until we landed on the final technique. These were created with Adobe Illustrator including artworking the design to create a seamless vertical repeat pattern ready to send to the fabric printers.
